What is AI search?
When people ask ChatGPT, Gemini (Google), Perplexity or Claude for a recommendation instead of scrolling search results.
Do people use AI to find local businesses?
People use AI assistants to ask for local recommendations, and Google shows AI answers above many search results.
How is this different from SEO?
It includes the parts of SEO that matter locally, your Google profile, reviews and service pages, plus checking and improving what AI assistants say about you.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend me?
AI recommendations cannot be guaranteed. Answers change from one question to the next. We promise the work, the monthly check and an accurate report of what changed.
How long until I see a change?
Some profile and listing changes can appear within weeks. Reviews and new pages take time to build, and results vary by business and platform.
What do I need to give you?
For the Check, we need your business name, town, services, website, Google profile link and three competitors you know. We go through the findings on a 20-minute call. A monthly plan may require access to your website and profiles.
Do I own my website and accounts?
Yes. Your domain, Google profile, ad accounts and website belong to you. If you leave, we provide a website export.
Can I cancel?
Found runs for an initial three months, then month to month. Found + Site and Growth run for 12 months, then month to month. We'll set out notice and handover details in your agreement before you start.
Do you work outside the Central Coast?
We start with the Central Coast and can help businesses elsewhere in Australia.
Do prices include GST?
Prices are in Australian dollars, plus GST. Growth ad spend is paid separately to Google.
