Engagements

Every Coastie AI engagement is covered by a written scope and fixed price agreed before work begins.

Payment

50% deposit to begin, balance on delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices payable within 14 days.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the deliverables, domains, hosting, accounts, content, configurations. We retain the right to reference completed work in our portfolio.

Liability

We can't guarantee specific business outcomes (rankings, AI citations, revenue). Our maximum liability is capped at fees paid for the engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
