This website is operated by Kristina Maree Agustin, trading as Coastie AI, ABN 73 107 743 069, in New South Wales, Australia. These terms apply to use of coastie.ai. Client services are governed by the proposal or service agreement accepted for that engagement.

The AI Visibility Check reviews repeated answers from ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, the businesses they name and what AI crawlers can read on your website. It includes three priority fixes and a 20-minute walkthrough.

Findings describe a sample at a particular time. AI answers change, and we do not guarantee rankings, recommendations, enquiries or sales. Provide accurate business details and only grant access you are authorised to share.

Enquiries are currently arranged by email. Sending an enquiry does not make a payment or confirm a booking. We confirm the scope, payment arrangements and timing with you before beginning.

Prices are in Australian dollars, plus GST. The AI Visibility Check is $390 once, plus GST. The Check fee is credited to your first month if you begin a plan within 30 days.

Found has an initial term of three months. Found + Site and Growth have initial terms of 12 months. Monthly service continues after the initial term, subject to your agreement. Current prices and inclusions are on the Plans page. Growth advertising spend is separate and paid directly to Google.

Your agreement will specify payment dates, cancellation notice, third-party costs and handover arrangements. Contact us about cancellations, service concerns or refund requests. Nothing here limits remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Your domain, Google profile, advertising accounts and website belong to you, subject to third-party licences identified in your agreement. Access and handover arrangements are recorded before we start.

Coastie AI website content and report formats belong to us or our licensors. You may use reports within your organisation and quote with attribution. You may not resell or substantially republish our content without permission.

Do not impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, test its security without permission or use it unlawfully. Ordinary search engine and AI crawler access is permitted. We may restrict abusive access.

External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Links do not imply endorsement. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Australian Consumer Law rights and other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in place. Website information may change or contain errors, and availability is not guaranteed. Any service-specific liability provisions are set out in your engagement agreement and apply only to the extent permitted by law.

We may update the website and these terms. Material changes to these website terms take effect 30 days after publication. Changes do not retrospectively replace an accepted service agreement.

New South Wales law governs these terms, with non-exclusive jurisdiction in its courts, subject to rights that applicable law preserves elsewhere.
