AI strategy and team training · Central Coast NSW

Put AI to use in your business.

Choose a useful starting point, give your team the skills to use it and put the right systems in place.

Coastie AI helps Central Coast businesses with AI strategy, practical team training and separately scoped agent development and deployment.

Discuss an AI project

Start with a business priority.

You may have a team trying different AI tools, a process taking too much time, or an idea that needs a clear implementation plan. We start with how your business operates and what you want to improve.

That could mean helping an accounting team organise internal knowledge, training a trade business to prepare clearer customer communications, or mapping an enquiry process for a professional services firm. The approach depends on your systems, information and responsibilities.

AI strategy

We help identify useful applications, compare tools and decide what to prioritise. Together, we consider the likely benefit, implementation effort, data access and who will be responsible for the result.

  • Review the processes and tools relevant to your goals.
  • Prioritise opportunities and identify practical constraints.
  • Agree a staged plan, with responsibilities and ways to measure progress.

Practical team training

Give your team a shared approach to using AI in their day-to-day roles. Sessions can cover choosing suitable tasks, writing useful instructions, checking outputs and handling business information carefully.

We shape training around your team's experience and agreed examples, using public or de-identified information where appropriate. The aim is for people to leave with methods they can practise and apply.

Agent development and deployment

Where an agent or automation is a suitable fit, we can scope its design, setup and deployment. Examples include an internal knowledge assistant or a workflow that prepares draft responses for a person to review.

We agree the system access, testing, human review points, maintenance and handover before implementation. Custom development and ongoing support are priced for the agreed scope.

In under three weeks.

49 marketing jobs in under three weeks, with a first draft back in under fifteen minutes.

191 social posts handled: 150 published and 41 booked.

Across its first 24 jobs, none failed; median time to first draft under fifteen minutes, against a same-business-day promise.

A person approves every draft before anything is published or sent.

A clear scope before we begin.

  1. Discuss the priority. Tell us about your team, current tools and the process you want to improve.
  2. Agree the engagement. We set out deliverables, responsibilities, timing and fees in a proposal.
  3. Put it into practice. We deliver the agreed strategy, training or implementation, with a handover suited to your team.

These engagements are quoted separately from our monthly AI search visibility plans. Scope and fees are agreed before we start.
